Celebrate Chinese New Year at Oceans 999

Happy Chinese New Year or Gung hey fat choy!

To celebrate the Year of the Rooster, Oceans 999 will be adding some Asian specialties to our traditional Sunday brunch menu on Sunday, January 29, between 1130am-230pm.

The annual event has been held at the Pan for over 10 years and features a lavish buffet, live entertainment and some very unique dessert creations, including chocolate dipped fortune cookies from our pastry kitchen.

At the salad buffet, guests can whet their appetites with:

• Pomelo salad with tiger prawns and chicken
• Lychee and cucumber snap pea salad, ginger, soy dressing
• Asian inspired seafood ceviche
• Vegetable Kung Pao salad with cashews
• Teriyaki glazed tofu salad with bean sprouts and green peas

Hit up the Imperial station for:

• Ling cod with chili-fried snake beans
• Drunken chicken with gai lan
• Dim sum items like shu mai, har gau
• Vegetable spring rolls with plum sauce

At the Wok station, indulge in:

• Vegetable fried rice with shitake mushrooms and bean sprouts

Participating in our eighth straight year, Oceans 999 has put together a delicious 3 course meal, where you can choose from 3 appetizers and 3 main courses, plus dessert! All for $40 per person (taxes and gratuity not included).

Crispy Pork Belly with green papaya salad, fish sauce cararmel, and micro coriander

Lobster Miso Soup with tofu, napa cabbage, ginger, and scallions

Flight of the Dragon & FlyOver Canada back-to-back!

Back for a fourth season!

FlyOver Canada will be presenting Flight of the Dragon and FlyOver Canada back-to-back from January 12 to February 27, 2017.

Follow a mythical dragon as you soar over some of China’s most spectacular landscapes and scenery including the Great Wall of China, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the city of Shanghai and more during Flight of the Dragon.

Then, stay seated and take off again to experience FlyOver Canada, a thrilling flight ride that takes you from east to west across Canada.

That’s two virtual flight rides for the price of one!

FlyOver Canada is opened from 10am-9pm daily, except for January 20 when it’s opened from 10am-7pm.
