Dine Our Heart Out


Looking for dinner plans on Valentine’s night? The Chefs have put together a special meal just for the occasion! A four course menu will be served, as you and your sweetheart enjoy the candlelit ambience and take in the waterfront views.
The Dine Our Heart Out menu features:

Chefs Amuse Bouche


Roasted sunchoke nage, translucent salmon, keta caviar in truffle oil


Farmer’s market salad with goat cheese fritters, baby beets, candied pecans and huckleberry dressing


Pomegranate Champagne sorbet

Your choice of main course:


Sweetheart’s Seafood Mezzo: Prawn, branzino, scallops and sofrito pistou


Beef Two Ways: Whole roasted tenderloin and 48 hour braised short rib with Peruvian gnocchi, Comte shavings and lavender scented baby vegetables
And last but not least, DESSERT!

Sweet Flirtation dessert: Chocolate strawberry mille feuille, lemon cassis tart and roasted marshmallow gelato
